About

Welcome to Executive Dysfunctions!

What is “Executive Dysfunctions” and what does that mean?

Executive Dysfunctions is a coaching service for people who have ADD or are otherwise “organizationally challenged.”   The name is kind of an ADD joke, based on the core issue of the condition, which is faulty executive functions.  I’m geographically located in Tulsa, OK, and available worldwide thanks to the magic of the internet.  Here in my digital home, you’ll find a blog on ADD management tips, information on ADD management services, links and resources, and other news you can use.

Who runs this place?

Hi.  I’m Steven, and I have ADD – not the “ha ha, I’m so scattered it’s funny” kind, but the genuine psychiatric kind caused by structural and chemical anomalies in my brain.  Nineteen years of actively dealing with this disorder, a background in Special Education, and a lot of independent reading and research led me to launch this site and a coaching system so that my experience can benefit others who have issues with organization and life management. (Get the back story here.)

What do you do?

I help people with ADD and other quirky brain functions get their lives in order in a way that is fun, motivating, and doesn’t feel overwhelming.  I deal primarily with “life management”:  finding what you need when you need it, getting where you need to be when you need to be there with everything you need to have, accomplishing your important tasks, and sticking to a schedule that works for you.

Services include:

  • Coaching
  • Home/Office Organization
  • Consulting

I work in person, by Skype, or over the phone.

Please see the Services page for more information.

Questions or comments?  Please drop me a line!  I’m happy to help in any way I can.
